What to include in your message
- Subject line: a clear summary (e.g., “Collaboration: adaptive learning pilot” or “Press: interview request”)
- Brief overview: 2–4 sentences describing your project or question
- Goals: what you hope to accomplish and any relevant timelines
- Stakeholders: who is involved and your organization or affiliation
- Attachments or links: any supporting documents, portfolios, or examples
Response time expectations
We strive to reply to all email inquiries within 1–3 business days. For complex project proposals or requests that require internal coordination, we typically acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and follow up with a more detailed timeline within 3–5 business days.
If your message is time-sensitive, please indicate the deadline prominently in the subject line and at the top of your email; we will do our best to prioritize urgent requests, though we may not always be able to guarantee an immediate turnaround.

What we can’t do
- Provide legal advice or represent you in legal matters
- Offer immediate hands-on support without a prior agreement or contract
- Support phone or in-person drop-in meetings without scheduled appointments

Information you send to hello@scholar-studio.com will be used only to respond to your inquiry and to manage the relationship; we don’t sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing. When relevant, we’ll propose a clear scope, timeline, and fee structure before beginning substantive work.
